Credit packs
For people who run analyses often. You never need credits to run a single analysis; a pack buys the same analyses at a discount. Prices include VAT, and there is no subscription.

One credit is worth €1 of analysis, and credits never expire. They are applied automatically at checkout; if your balance covers the total, no card is needed.

Credits without an account
There is no user profile, so credits belong to the anonymous session in your browser. In practice:
- Where do my credits live?
- In the anonymous session token stored in this browser. Your balance is always in the header, and the credits themselves never expire.
- What is my proof of purchase?
- The receipt our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, emails you. Your payment details stay with them and are never connected to your screenplay.
- Cleared your browser or changed device?
- A new browser can't see the old balance. Email hello@manymonkeys.ai with your receipt and we will send the unspent credits back as a code.
- Can I give a code to someone?
- Yes. A code adds its credits to whichever session enters it first, so treat an unredeemed one like cash. Refunds for unused credits are covered in the refund policy.
